CAMRY SECURITIES LIMITED (CAMSEC) formerly M & F Investment & Securities Limited (MFIS) was established in 1994 and licensed by the Nigerian Stock Exchange to carry out Stock broking activities.  To remain focused in our area of specialization we are also registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission as Brokers & Dealers.  Our authorized share capital is =N=100 Million divided into 100 Million Ordinary Shares of N1.00 each. 

The pioneer Chief Executive of the Company is Mr. Musa Al-Faki, the current Director General of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
